WizzoWeb offers web design, website development, hosting assistance, SEO, free and paid maintenance, ongoing support, and domain assistance. All services are tailored to individual client needs.
We require a 30% upfront payment to confirm a client’s commitment to the project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. No payments are made directly through our website — all payments are discussed and processed after direct contact with the client.
Upon full payment, the client owns all rights to the completed project, including design, content, and code. WizzoWeb retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.
Clients are entitled to unlimited revisions during the project to ensure complete satisfaction with the final product.
If a client pays the initial 30% deposit but decides not to proceed with the project before work begins, we will refund the deposit in full. Once work has started, refunds are not available.
We implement best practices to secure all client websites. However, in the event of an attack, WizzoWeb does not assume full liability. We will, however, provide prompt support to assist in the site’s recovery.
Our primary method of communication is email, but we also contact clients via phone when necessary.
Clients may request to terminate a project at any time, but we require a clear and specific reason for the termination request. WizzoWeb reserves the right to review such requests before agreeing to terminate the project.
WizzoWeb retains the right to showcase completed projects in our online portfolio and marketing materials.
